Cooking with a steamer turns into an act of well-being: it gives the ingredients their full aroma, without altering the organoleptic properties and works very easily. The pot is a closed system: you fill the bottom part with a small amount of water or broth and place the ingredients in the steamer insert next to each other.

The lid securely closes the pot and collects steam, letting it fall back into the pot, maintaining the temperature and saving energy. When the steam rises, fish, meat, vegetables are cooked without coming into contact with water. Nothing burns or dries out, and the vitamins are largely preserved in the steam.



You can cook, steam, roast, roast and braise with just one pot. Includes various cooking inserts and bowls that can be used to cook different dishes at the same time. The delicate preparation preserves the vitamins, aroma and color of the ingredients. Whether fish, vegetables or meat: the dishes retain their taste. The temperature can be easily checked at any time using the thermometer (up to 100°C) in the glass lid. All WMF Vitalis steam cooking systems are equipped with cool handles and a universal TransTherm® base, making them suitable for all hobs, including induction. The pans are made of easy-care Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel and can be conveniently washed in the dishwasher.
